Robin Riddle

Growing up in New Orleans, Robin Riddle was exposed early on to great architecture and design. Many hours were spent poring over home furnishings catalogs and shelter magazines –- not every teenager's hobby. She so loved the city's unique style and approach to life that when she migrated to Dallas she could not leave any of that behind! Robin continues to work on projects in her hometown as well as other destinations in addition to her business in Dallas.

Robin earned her degree in interior design from Baylor University. Near the end of her college days, Robin commuted to Dallas to work as assistant manager at the Laura Ashley store which began her experience in retail and home furnishings. Next, she had the opportunity to work at Room Service, a home furnishings fixture along Dallas' famed Miracle Mile, Lovers Lane. There she met her dear friend and professional mentor, Ann Fox. Robin’s experience in the retail design industry honed her skills of finding the perfect sources for each design job. Periodically, Robin and Ann still join forces as fox + riddle.

After starting a family, Robin began her own interior design business and as a mother of two teenagers, Maddie + Cooper, she realizes that practicality must walk hand-in-hand with good design. She strives to create inviting rooms with a relaxed livability, mixing antiques with strong, modern influences.

Robin’s design projects and her freelance styling work have been featured in several national and regional magazines. She was a source contributor for The Perfect Wedding published 20 years ago but continues to garner accolades in print publications today. Most recently her work was featured in Modern Luxury, Elegant Homes, Kitchen + Bath Ideas, just to name a few. Her own kitchen was featured on the cover of Kitchen Makeovers.

At the request of her clients, Robin has recently added small event planning and seasonal styling to the list of services she offers. She has had the pleasure of working on both new construction and major renovation projects. She prides herself in building strong client relationships, and she strives to bring out the client’s own personal style to create an interior they will truly enjoy.

“Your home should be your haven… a place that brings happiness and inspiration. It should be filled with things you love."
